There has been a lot of interest on Facebook about the delicious Green
smoothies, so we have handpicked the to 3 best ones for you.
Why are green juices so good for you?
One of the best ways to stay fit and healthy, increase energy levels, lose
weight and improve the condition of our skin is by increasing the amount of
nutrients that we get in our diet.
While we may love our fruits and veggies, it isn’t always realistic to get
what we need simply by eating them every day (and that is why we
love, love, love smoothies and juicing ;o)
Green juice = more fruits, veggies, and nutrients into my body!
- It’s healthy. These recipes are packed with tons of fruits and veggies.

wasn’t a huge fan of cucumbers, but now? Gimme!)
