I'm a beginner. I like hooping, but I am not very good. Can I take part in Hoola Nation? 

Yes, absolutely! There are plenty of beginners workouts in our library, Plus:

I work shifts, so can't always do live classes. Can I watch them after? 

Indeed you can. There are currently over 100 different workouts available to you on the App and web page and you can access them at any time. 

Plus! All live classes are saved in the library, so you can watch them whenever you are ready. 

I am very busy and don’t have much time, can I still do this? 

This program is designed for busy women! We know time is precious, so we offer a wide selection of workouts between 5 minutes and 30 minutes long; so you can select a workout that fits perfectly into your day.  

I don't want to commit to anything right now. Can I cancel the membership? 

Yes, of course! You can cancel the membership at any time - no questions asked. 

What happens after I make a payment?
